Glenn represents many kinds of businesses in a wide variety of commercial transactions and disputes. For clients in the hospitality business, he represents them at regulatory violation proceedings before many administrative agencies, such as the State Liquor Authority, the New York City Department of Health, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Environmental Control Board. He is also an experienced corporate lawyer, involved in clients’ negotiations to buy or sell businesses, find real estate space, and protect their intellectual property assets with proper trademark protection.
For businesses just starting up, he creates all the necessary legal documents and helps them find a good location, and protect their assets from day one. Glenn is a former Civil Court Arbitrator of commercial disputes. He has managed his own law firm for more than 15 years.
