Glenn D. Wright
Glenn is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Boston University Law School. He is admitted to the practice of law in New York, Massachusetts and the Federal Court. Glenn has represented various businesses in a wide variety of commercial transactions and disputes. He has also represented many businesses in regulatory violation proceedings before the State Liquor Authority, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Environmental Control Board. Glenn is a former Civil Court Arbitrator of commercial disputes. He is a member of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys, and the New York Restaurant Association and he is a former President of the New York Lawyers Network. Glenn has published legal commentaries in the New York Law Journal, been a speaker at trade shows for the nightclub industry, and appeared as a guest commentator on Court TV. |

Manuel Portela (Of Counsel)
Manuel is a graduate of Fordham University and American University Washington College of Law. Manuel served as an Assistant District Attorney for five years. Manuel regularly represents businesses in a wide variety of transactional disputes. Defending against regulatory violations, he has appeared in many proceedings before the New York State Liquor Authority, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the Department of Taxation, and in Criminal Court. Manuel is admitted to the practice of law in both New York and New Jersey. He has published legal articles in major newspapers and has appeared as a legal expert on Court TV and RNN News. |
